Return Policy

To cancel an order that has been received:
To cancel an order in progress, please email Wild Bricks customer service. Any order that is over 25 lots will be charged a $2 restock fee.

We accept returns up to 14 days after receipt of your order. As soon as we have received your order, we'll inform you and issue a refund. Depending on your payment method, it can take several business days for the refund to show up in your account. LEGO sets may only be returned when they are unopened and sealed.

Return address:
The return address is printed on the shipping label on the outside of your package. If you have discarded the label please contact us and we will provide the correct address.  If requested, we can provide a return shipping label. The cost of the label will be deducted from the amount of your return.
